Eddy Goldsmith started practising law in London with Linklaters where he specialised in corporate and commercial law.

After moving to Sydney he joined Clayton Utz and subsequently worked in senior advisory roles with other top tier Sydney firms.

Eddy has also run his own consultancy practice with a focus on international and energy transactions, notably in the UK and former Soviet Union.

With a degree in science from Cambridge University, majoring in chemistry, Eddy brings an extra level of understanding to tech and science-based transactions.

Although he comes from a big firm background Eddy handles all levels of commercial transaction from family businesses to institutional investors.

He believes that getting to know and listening to his clients is critical so he can understand their wider needs and objectives.

Eddy is involved with community organisations and has served on a number of boards.
